Delete Your Account

You are in full control of your data. You can permanently delete your Seyyah SRguideX account at any time. When your account is deleted, your personal data is completely removed from our systems within the periods stated below.

Account deletion cannot be undone. All your profile information is permanently deleted; your access to the tours you joined ends; the messages you sent and photos you uploaded are deleted; if you have a premium membership, the remaining period is not refunded. You can sign up again with the same email, but previous data cannot be recovered.

Delete Your Account in the App

The easiest way is to delete it directly from the app:

  1. 1Open the app and sign inYou need to be signed in to your account.
  2. 2Go to your profileTap the "Profile" icon in the bottom menu.
  3. 3Open SettingsTap the settings (⚙️) icon in the top right corner.
  4. 4Find "Delete Account"Tap the "Permanently Delete Account" button at the bottom of the page.
  5. 5ConfirmConfirm on the verification screen. Your account is deactivated immediately and data is permanently deleted within 30 days.

Request Deletion by Email

If you don't have access to the app or can't sign in to your account, you can send a request by email.

  • Subject: Account Deletion Request
  • Content: State your registered email address and your deletion request.

Your request will be processed within 7 business days and you will receive a confirmation email.

After your deletion request, your data is handled as follows:

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I sign up again with the same email after deleting my account? Yes. After the 30-day deletion process is complete, you can create a new account with the same email address. However, previous data cannot be recovered.

Can I get a refund if I have a premium membership? Deleting your account ends your subscription. Google Play's refund policy applies to refunds. You can request a refund through Google Play.

Can I undo the deletion? During the 30-day waiting period, you can cancel the deletion by signing in to your account. After this period, the data is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

I created tours as a guide. What happens to them if I delete my account? When a guide account is deleted, tour records are anonymized. If you have an active tour, we recommend ending it first.
