Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern your use of the Seyyah SRguideX mobile application (the "App"). By downloading and using the App, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms.

1. Description of the Service

Seyyah SRguideX is a digital tour management and guiding platform designed for tour guides and tour participants. The App offers features such as live audio guiding, real-time location sharing, group chat, tour schedule tracking and SOS emergency alerts.

2. Account Creation and Security

• You must create an account with a valid email address to use the App.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and the security of your account.
• Contact us immediately if you notice any suspicious activity.
• Creating or using an account on someone else's behalf is prohibited.
• Users under 13 may not use the App without parental supervision.

3. Acceptable Use

When using the App, you agree to:

• Comply with all applicable laws
• Treat other users with respect
• Provide true and accurate information
• Use the App only for legitimate tour management and communication purposes

The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Sharing content that is harassing, threatening or insulting
• Distributing malware or malicious code
• Collecting other people's personal data without permission
• Using the App to spread spam or misleading content
• Attempting to reverse engineer the App's source code
• Attempting to disrupt the normal operation of the service

4. Use of Location and Audio Data

During a tour, location data is shared with other members of your group and the tour guide. Enabling this feature is entirely your choice. You can turn off location sharing at any time from the app settings or device permissions.

When the audio channel is used, your voice is transmitted to the tour group in real time. Audio data is not permanently recorded.

5. Premium Membership

The App may offer free basic features and paid premium features. If you pay for premium features:

• All payments are processed through Google Play and are subject to the Google Play Refund Policy.
• Subscriptions renew automatically and continue until you cancel.
• After cancelling a premium membership, access continues until the end of the current period.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code and brand elements of the App belong to SR Technology and are protected by copyright laws. Users may use the App only for the personal and non-commercial purposes set out in these Terms.

You retain the copyright to the content you upload to the App (photos, messages, etc.). By sharing such content, you grant a limited license for its use in operating the service.

7. Disclaimer

Seyyah SRguideX is not responsible for the physical safety of tour participants. The App is a supporting tool to improve tour safety; it cannot replace physical supervision by a guide or local safety measures.

Although the SOS feature is designed for emergencies, it cannot be guaranteed to work in every situation due to network connectivity issues or technical failures. In a real emergency, contact the authorized emergency services (112 in Turkey).

8. Service Interruptions and Changes

You acknowledge that the App may become temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates or technical reasons. Features may be changed, added or removed without prior notice.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

If you violate these Terms, your account may be suspended or deleted entirely without prior notice. You can close your account at any time with the "Delete Account" option in the App.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. The courts of Turkey have jurisdiction over any disputes that may arise.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will send an in-app notice for significant changes. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
